Description: GENERAL This superbly appointed residence is situated 40 minutes drive to the North of Laoag City International airport within the Pasuquin area of Ilocos Norte. The Gary Player designed 18-hole golf course, at Paoay Lake, is also a 40-minute drive away. There are good commercial airline connections to Manila, which is 1 hour away. The upper level is accessed by a feature spiral staircase and is surrounded by patios with superb views. MAIN GUARD HOUSE The main guardhouse is situated directly adjacent to the front gate. It is similarly constructed to the other main buildings and yields well appointed additional accommodations. The lower level is currently used for parking but could easily be converted to additional living areas or bedrooms. HORSE PADDOCK AND STABLE There is a fenced horse paddock and covered stable area for a pony. The paddock is directly adjacent to the beach. The stable and paddock have water troughs and drainage systems. GARDENS The extensive gardens have been superbly landscaped and amid lush lawns there are extensive flowerbeds and areas of interest. There are selected areas with fruit trees, a large well-stocked fishpond and waterfall, a fountain feature seating area and other interesting feature gardens. The lawn areas are equipped with a fully plumbed pop-up sprinkler system imported from the USA The garden contains over 50 decorative iron stone pots from Vigan, 10 wooden benches, 3 beautiful full size and 2 budha statues in precast concrete from the House of Precast and an imported garden swing with cover. The concrete driveways are lined with decorative walls and are finished in Pasuquin pebbles. The entire garden area is enclosed with 8-foot concrete walls and the beach side is finished with decorative railing. There is an infrared motion detector along the beach side railings that is linked to the guardhouse and an outdoor siren. The gardens and perimeter wall are provided with concrete lamps from the House of Precast that illuminates the entire area for enhanced security. A patio area outside the kitchen is equipped with a tiled food cleaning station. There is also an Arcla gas fired barbecue and that has been imported form the USA. A full sized tennis court has been built entirely to IATA specifications. The net is an imported item with aluminum supports. The court is fully flood lit with 4000 watts of lightning on 4 individual towers. The beach side and road side are protected by full length levee walls constructed in local granite rocks. These walls yield extremely good protection and are also an attractive additional feature. |
